Description

Project Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Management Representative to provide full-time, on-site construction oversight for the rehabilitation of the Visitor Center at Fort Donelson National Battlefield in Dover, Tennessee. The role supports the National Park Service through inspections, reporting, contractor coordination, schedule and cost review, RFIs, documentation, and quality control across structural, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security, accessibility, and other systems work. The position is contingent upon project award and includes a 13-month performance period, medical, dental, vision, HSA, life insurance, disability, retirement, paid leave, and an $800 monthly insurance-premium allowance.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: At least five years of relevant construction and/or engineering work experience
Experience supporting active construction environments, including vertical construction, building rehabilitation, and facility system upgrades
Experience working on federally funded projects or within historic and environmentally sensitive sites
Experience supporting or conducting technical negotiations with contractors
Experience on projects involving similar scope of work
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, Construction Management, or a related field
Experience on federally funded projects or historic and environmentally sensitive sites
Strong communication and reporting skills with coordination experience for A/E teams and NPS Contracting Officer’s Representatives
OSHA 30 construction safety training
