Artech is hiring a Construction Manager 3 in Phoenix, Arizona, to lead large-scale mission-critical construction projects from groundbreaking through turnover. The role coordinates technical activities, manages safety, quality, schedule, and cost, presents project information to clients, oversees staff, reviews contracts and cost estimates, and works with general contractors, subcontractors, designers, and commissioning teams. Candidates need five years of construction experience, including five years supporting mission-critical, data center, industrial, or other highly technical projects, along with MEP knowledge and prior client or industry experience. The position pays $80 to $85 per hour on W2 and requires applicants to work directly for Artech.
