Description
Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to support the EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades project at the Doris Miller Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Waco, Texas. The role focuses on managing construction submittals, schedules, inspections, project documentation, commissioning support, and construction administration while ensuring compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, VA policies, OSHA, and The Joint Commission. The position requires substantial construction field experience, prior healthcare/hospital project experience, strong knowledge of construction practices and scheduling software, and the ability to handle claims analysis and dispute resolution support. It is a full-time position contingent on contract award, with work expected to begin September 1, 2026.
