Description
Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to provide on-site construction oversight and management for the VA Hospital Grand Junction project in Grand Junction, Colorado. The role focuses on ensuring contractor compliance with contractual, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements, reviewing submittals and project plans, performing inspections, identifying and resolving deficiencies, and supporting design reviews, constructability input, and procurement packages. The position requires a civil or equivalent degree/experience, at least three years of civil/construction management experience preferably in healthcare or hospital facilities, knowledge of construction scheduling and building crafts, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
