Description
Amazon's Global Engineering Services (GES) North America Design & Construction team is hiring a Construction Manager to serve as the owner's representative and primary construction integrator for new builds, retrofits, expansions, and program initiatives supporting Amazon's logistics network. The role manages multiple concurrent projects through design review, contractor procurement, construction execution, and operational handover; oversees budgets, schedules, contracts, safety, quality, permitting, and stakeholder coordination; and works with developers, general contractors, design engineers, regulatory authorities, and internal teams. The position requires 60% regional travel, availability to work from a corporate office, and a valid driver's license. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least five years of construction, project management, contracting, and BIM or scheduling experience. The role is available in Nashville, Austin, Houston, and Irving, with base salaries ranging from $69,700 to $135,400 annually depending on location.
