Amazon is hiring a Construction Manager for its Global Engineering Services North America Design & Construction team to serve as the owner's representative across the full construction lifecycle for logistics facilities, sortation centers, delivery stations, and auxiliary buildings. The role manages multiple concurrent projects, coordinates developers, general contractors, design engineers, authorities having jurisdiction, and internal stakeholders; oversees safety, compliance, budgets, schedules, contracts, quality, and operational handover; and requires approximately 60% regional travel with availability to work from a corporate office when not traveling. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or a related field, at least five years of relevant construction or project management experience, contract negotiation experience, and proficiency with AutoCAD or BIM and scheduling software. The position offers base salaries ranging from $69,700 to $155,800 annually depending on location, along with sign-on payments, restricted stock units, and comprehensive benefits.
