Description
Aegis is seeking a Construction Manager to provide construction management support for a client’s data center practice. The role monitors design, bidding, cost, scheduling, payment applications, change orders, vendor invoices, RFIs, submittals, daily logs, photos, and infrastructure trackers; escalates risks to the client; and coordinates with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. The position requires 5 to 10 years of construction experience, a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, strong organization and communication skills, and the ability to prioritize deadlines.
