Description
AES is hiring an experienced Construction Manager to serve as the owner’s on-site representative for a utility-scale renewable energy project in Kansas. The role oversees EPC contractors, manages construction schedules, budgets, quality, safety, environmental and community impacts, contracts, milestones, invoicing, and project closeout, while coordinating with landowners, regulators, engineers, and internal project teams. The position is field-based, requires onsite presence five days per week, and involves utility-scale solar and battery energy storage construction.
