Description
AES is hiring a Construction Manager to oversee utility-scale solar and Battery Energy Storage (BESS) projects, including schedule, budget, scope, quality, safety, environmental compliance, contractor coordination, milestone verification, punch-list management, and project closeout. The role requires at least five years of onsite utility-scale solar, battery storage, and/or substation construction management experience, OSHA 30 certification, site travel, and proficiency with Procore, Microsoft Word, and Excel. The expected starting salary is $108,000 to $135,150 per year, with medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), and paid time off benefits.
