Description
Åke Sundvall is seeking a Construction Manager to lead complex residential projects from early-stage development through execution, handover, and warranty. The role owns production, business results, financial performance, personnel, customer relationships, project management, risk and quality management, and strategic development. Candidates need extensive construction leadership experience, knowledge of finance and project management, relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience, and a Category B driving licence. The position is based in Stockholm and is being recruited through Level Recruitment.
