Arcadis is hiring a Construction Manager to oversee multiple projects during the execution phase. The role manages site supervisors, project schedules, budgets, cost control, risks, safety, stakeholder communication, contractor evaluations, and lessons-learned meetings. Candidates need a technical background in electromechanics or civil engineering, experience overseeing multidisciplinary projects from execution through handover, strong communication and planning skills, and the ability to work on-site at the Geel or Beerse site.
