Description
The Construction Manager will plan, coordinate, supervise and monitor construction activities for an industrial park, including contract administration, contractor and vendor management, quality assurance, programme and cost control, HSE compliance, testing and commissioning, asset handover, defect rectification, and final payment certification. The role requires at least 15 years of experience, a civil engineering graduate qualification, and experience in project management and construction supervision for infrastructure, industrial parks, SEZs, industrial clusters, or mixed-use projects; a master's degree is preferable.
