BKF Engineers is hiring a senior construction management professional to act as the owner's representative on bridge, roadway, and general civil construction projects in California and the Pacific Northwest. The role oversees construction engineering, quality control and assurance, contract administration, staff supervision, project budgets and schedules, documentation, compliance, client and agency coordination, and profitability. It requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field and 7+ years of roadway or bridge construction contract management experience; California Professional Engineer registration is highly preferred. The position is hybrid, may require travel to BKF offices and client sites, and pays $190,000–$250,000 annually.
