BKF Engineers is hiring a construction management professional to act as the owner’s representative on bridge, roadway, and general civil construction projects in California and the Pacific Northwest. The role oversees construction engineering, quality control and assurance, contract administration, staff, budgets, schedules, documentation, compliance, client and agency coordination, and project profitability. It requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, a California Professional Engineer license, and at least seven years of roadway or bridge construction contract management experience. The position is hybrid, may require travel to BKF offices and client sites, and pays $190,000–$250,000 annually.
