BKF Engineers is hiring a construction management professional to act as the owner's representative on bridge, roadway, and general civil construction projects in California and the Pacific Northwest. The role oversees construction engineering, quality control and assurance, contract administration, change orders, documentation, staff, budgets, schedules, client and agency coordination, and compliance with Caltrans, state, federal, and labor requirements. It requires a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field and 7+ years of roadway or bridge construction contract management experience; California Professional Engineer registration is highly preferred. The position is hybrid, with travel to BKF offices and client sites as needed, and pays $190,000–$250,000 annually.
