BKF Engineers is hiring a construction management professional to act as the owner's representative on bridge, roadway, and general civil construction projects across California and the Pacific Northwest context. The role oversees construction engineering, quality control and assurance, contract administration, staff management, change orders, shop drawings, materials testing, surveying, utility coordination, compliance documentation, budgets, schedules, client and agency relationships, and project profitability. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field and at least seven years of roadway or bridge construction contract management experience are required; California Professional Engineer registration is highly preferred. The position is hybrid, may require travel to BKF offices and client sites, and pays $190,000–$250,000 annually.
