BKF Engineers is hiring a construction management professional to act as the owner’s representative on bridge, roadway, and general civil construction projects in California and the Pacific Northwest. The role oversees construction engineering, quality control and assurance, contract administration, staff management, change orders, shop drawings, materials testing, surveying, project meetings, utility coordination, compliance documentation, budgets, schedules, profitability, client and agency relationships, and issue resolution. It requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, California Professional Engineer registration, and at least seven years of roadway or bridge construction contract management experience.
