Description
Black Box is hiring a senior, onsite Data Center Construction Manager to lead large-scale structured cabling and low-voltage construction projects from planning through commissioning and closeout. The role owns safety, schedules, logistics, field operations, technical compliance, testing, change control, and the development of 100+ field technician teams, while serving as the client’s onsite construction partner. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 3–5+ years of supervisory experience on large structured cabling or data center construction projects, and experience managing dispersed field teams; data center new build or retrofit experience and relevant BICSI or OSHA certifications are preferred. Daily onsite presence and up to 15% travel are required.
