Description
CESO is hiring a Construction Manager to oversee multiple construction projects for multiple clients, acting as an extension of the owner’s design and construction staff. The role supervises general contractors, engineers, internal client departments, and third-party vendors; reviews construction documentation and vendor proposals; monitors schedules, budgets, quality, safety, and code compliance; conducts site inspections and punch-list reviews; and coordinates project meetings and close-out activities. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field with preferred project-management experience, or 10 years of related experience and/or training, along with proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Deltek, Newforma, and SmartSheet. It offers a flexible hybrid schedule, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and base salaries of $95,442–$120,893 in Brentwood, Tennessee and Charlotte, North Carolina.
