Covestro is hiring a Construction Manager for a local position based in CISS, Shanghai, China. The role leads constructability studies, construction execution plans, contract bidding, HSE compliance, contractor performance, schedules, inspections, site changes, material control, and coordination with design, contract, start-up, supervision, and other stakeholders. It requires a bachelor’s degree in a specified engineering discipline, at least 10 years of construction management experience including 5 years in chemical or pharmaceutical industries, MEP installation background, strong English and Chinese skills, and effective leadership and communication abilities.
