Description
Crusoe is hiring a Construction Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of modular AI data center infrastructure projects, including site development, structural and MEP systems, electrical and fiber installation, rack loading, site logistics, and turnover to operations. The role manages field operations, subcontractors, safety, schedules, budgets, change orders, quality and compliance, and coordination with design, engineering, operations, and commissioning teams. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field, at least five years of construction management experience, and experience with civil engineering and site improvement projects. The position requires approximately 40% travel and offers compensation of $140,000 to $170,000 plus bonus, along with equity, health, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefits.
