Imagination Homes is hiring a Construction Manager to oversee production home construction from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, materials, schedules, budgets, and variance reports while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance. The role also involves communicating with homebuyers, Sales, and Warranty teams, reviewing construction documents, and coaching trade partners and team members. Candidates need at least three years of production homebuilding experience, knowledge of residential construction processes and trade management, strong communication and leadership skills, and familiarity with construction management systems.
