Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing teams of supervisors, field crews, and subcontractors in a high-activity construction environment.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in broadband Outside Plant (OSP) construction, with demonstrated success managing multiple projects.
Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to lead and develop diverse teams.
Strong background in broadband Outside Plant (OSP) construction, including fiber optics, aerial, and underground work.
Experience fostering collaboration, accountability, and a culture of safety and excellence.
Expertise in scheduling, resource allocation, and project execution.
Deep understanding of OSHA standards, construction safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns proactively and ensuring alignment with their expectations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to addressing field and project-specific challenges.
Familiarity with managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and achieving financial KPIs, such as Labor-to-Revenue (L2R) and subcontractor payouts.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to changing demands while maintaining exceptional performance.
Commitment to upholding DCOMM’s values and ethical standards, ensuring all projects align with federal, state, and local regulations.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
