E Tech Group is hiring an On-Site Construction Manager to oversee the installation and technical success of data center projects. The role manages low-voltage subcontractor scope and schedules, coordinates with general and subcontractors and the project team, develops labor and quality-control plans, controls scope and compliance, manages budgets and earned-value reporting, and mitigates project risks. Candidates must be local to the San Jose area and report on-site, with a BS Engineering degree or equivalent, 10 years of project or construction management experience, and experience in industrial controls, building construction, and subcontractor management. The salary is $150,000–$180,000, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and training benefits.
