Description
E-INFRA is hiring a Construction Manager to oversee project performance, planning, organization, control, and coordination from concept through completion. The role supervises on-site and off-site execution, ensures compliance with design, quality, and HSE requirements, coordinates contractors and multidisciplinary teams, manages relationships with beneficiaries and contractual partners, monitors schedules and risks, supports project control and planning, and coordinates acceptance, testing, and commissioning. Candidates need higher technical education in construction, installations, mechanical engineering, or energy engineering, at least 5–7 years of industrial construction-site coordination experience, energy-project experience, strong leadership and communication skills, knowledge of construction and energy legislation, and advanced English-language skills.
