Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division is hiring a Construction Manager to lead complex industrial and electrical projects from planning and budgeting through closeout. The role manages resources, schedules, risks, costs, change orders, safety, stakeholder communication, and project handoffs; coordinates with other trades and internal teams; mentors team members; and requires travel of up to 50%. Candidates need substantial construction management or electrical construction experience, a current unrestricted driver’s license, and must reside within 50 miles of Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, or Mount Pleasant, Wisconsin. The expected annual salary is $97,000–$143,000, and Eaton does not offer relocation or immigration sponsorship.
