Description
Ecolab is hiring a field-based Construction Manager to oversee construction activities across ultrapure water, wastewater, and reclamation projects from initiation through final handover. The role leads on-site installation, mechanical and electrical/control work, piping, heavy equipment, materials, scheduling, contractor coordination, reporting, and customer interactions. It requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field, or equivalent experience, plus 5–8+ years of construction management or site supervision experience, piping-system experience, and P&ID interpretation skills. The position is based on project-site assignments in the United States, involves up to 95% travel, and pays $105,000–$120,000 annually; immigration sponsorship is not provided.
