Description
Ecosystem is hiring a Construction Manager to lead the Georgetown Project from design-stage constructability and operational efficiency through on-site execution and completion. The role oversees health and safety, subcontractors, clients, and stakeholders; manages scope changes, technical challenges, budgets, schedules, and quality; supports project upgrades and sustainability considerations; and delivers a strong client experience. The position is full-time and based on site, requires at least five years of construction project ownership experience including mechanical and electrical construction, and offers a base salary of $120,000 to $180,000 plus benefits.
