Description
The employer is seeking a construction manager to independently manage civil engineering, road construction, building construction, and engineering construction projects. The role controls costs, quality, and schedules; coordinates subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders; leads site teams; and liaises with management and clients. Candidates need a relevant degree or comparable qualification, professional construction-management experience, knowledge of German construction contracts, negotiation-level German, and a class B driver’s license.
