Description
The Construction Manager will lead new-build, refurbishment, revitalization, renovation, and retrofit projects across the Eppendorf Group, managing them through feasibility studies, planning, execution, commissioning, and handover. The role coordinates internal and external stakeholders, selects service providers, negotiates contracts, oversees governance and project documentation, and ensures compliance with cost, schedule, and quality targets. Candidates need a degree in architecture, civil engineering, or business engineering with a construction focus, knowledge of AHO, HOAI, and VOB, at least five years of relevant construction or construction management experience, and proficiency with MS Office, CAD, and preferably SAP or similar ERP systems.
