exsos is hiring a Construction Manager to plan construction schedules, lead and supervise standardized care-facility projects built from solid wood, coordinate staff and materials, manage subcontractors, and support property handovers. The role is permanent and full-time, with an onboarding period of approximately half a year in Erfurt and at construction sites in Saarland and Baden-Württemberg, and offers remote-work options. Candidates need a civil engineering degree or equivalent structural engineering training, construction-management experience, knowledge of VOB and safety regulations, construction software and MS Office skills, and very good German; RIB iTWO and Polish are preferred.
