Fletcher Building is hiring a permanent Construction Manager to lead and grow its Waikato civil construction business in Hamilton. Reporting to the Regional Manager, the role oversees major capital works and civil construction projects, commercial performance, client relationships, business development, and operational delivery across the region. The position requires extensive capital-works experience, knowledge of construction contracts and financial requirements, tendering and budgeting capability, P&L and cost-control experience, and strong team-coaching and relationship-management skills; a civil engineering degree is desirable.
