FITS is seeking an Engineering and Construction Support professional to manage pharmaceutical and medical-device construction projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in life science or engineering, more than 10 years of construction management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, and full on-site availability. Responsibilities include developing project schedules, overseeing construction activities, managing budgets and procurement, coordinating with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors, implementing GMP and FDA quality controls, conducting inspections and audits, ensuring OSHA and environmental compliance, negotiating contracts, and communicating project status to stakeholders.
