GFT is looking for a Construction Manager to join their team in New York, NY. This role involves ensuring quality and compliance in design and construction, making timely decisions to expedite project completion, correcting mistakes, and performing various coordinator, problem-solving, and managerial functions. The manager will also be responsible for decision-making on project phasing and scheduling, monitoring schedules, interfacing with contractors and the client, resolving issues, working with architects/engineers on technical matters, issuing directives, using independent judgment, reviewing contractor claims, visiting job sites, and performing other related tasks.
