Gritt is hiring a Construction Manager to oversee the deployment and operation of construction robots on utility-scale solar sites. The role serves as the primary liaison between robotics operations and solar EPC partners, integrates robotic workflows into project schedules, manages site logistics and robotic equipment, enforces safety and OSHA compliance, tracks robotic output, and resolves scheduling or spatial conflicts. Candidates need construction management experience in commercial or utility-scale solar, knowledge of EPC operations, strong communication skills, and familiarity with construction safety; heavy-machinery experience, OSHA 30 certification, and experience introducing new construction technologies are preferred.
