Description
Hays Electrical Services is hiring a Construction Manager to lead field execution across assigned electrical construction projects from preconstruction and mobilization through commissioning and closeout. The role oversees manpower planning, labor productivity, prefab utilization, scheduling, safety, quality, material coordination, and project recovery, while coordinating with project management, controls, BIM/VDC, procurement, and other operational teams. The position reports to executive or operations leadership and may supervise field operations managers, superintendents, foremen, and field labor teams. It requires at least 10 years of electrical construction experience with progressive field leadership responsibility and offers medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits.
