HDR is hiring a Construction Manager to oversee the Goshen Tunnel Rehab Project near Torrington, Wyoming. The role manages rehabilitation and enlargement of two irrigation tunnels and associated portal structures across DBB and CMAR contracts, including construction documentation, contractor oversight, materials and quantity tracking, testing, punchlists, records, meetings, closeout, and supervision of junior project representatives, inspectors, testing services, and subconsultants. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, at least two years of construction planning and management experience, Microsoft Office, and construction management software knowledge. Tunneling or geotechnical experience and familiarity with estimating, scheduling, and project management software are preferred.
