HDR is hiring a Construction Manager to oversee construction management and project controls for engineering, infrastructure, or commercial construction projects. The role manages subcontractor coordination, procurement, contract administration, schedules, budgets, quality assurance, safety compliance, change orders, submittals, pay applications, inspections, bidding, reporting, and construction performance. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, at least 10 years of construction planning and management experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software, and strong stakeholder communication skills.
