Description
The role is responsible for independently managing and executing construction projects, leading on-site personnel, coordinating subcontractors, machines, and materials, monitoring progress, reviewing supplier and subcontractor invoices, and coordinating with billing, scheduling, workshop, and senior-management teams. Candidates need a civil engineering, industrial engineering, or building-technician qualification, several years of comparable experience, billing experience under VOB, cost-estimation or proposal-preparation experience, and excellent German skills.
