Hill International is hiring a Construction Manager in Austin, Texas to oversee vertical construction projects in the concourse and terminal areas of AUS, including new construction and renovation. The role coordinates contractors and stakeholders, monitors schedules and progress, supports change management, interprets design and contract documents, ensures code and quality compliance, documents field work, and resolves issues. Candidates need at least 10 years of construction experience focused on vertical building projects, including complex structural steel, cast-in-place concrete, and large-scale HVAC/MEP systems, along with airport construction experience in operational environments. The position requires a TSA criminal background check, a valid driver’s license, and familiarity with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Procore, Primavera 6, and SharePoint.
