Description
ISI Professional Services is seeking a full-time onsite Construction Manager to provide owner’s representation and construction-phase oversight for a potential future Department of Veterans Affairs project at the Malcom Randall VA Medical Center in Gainesville, Florida. The role will oversee construction inspections, submittals, RFIs, schedules, pay applications, procurement, project documentation, and coordination with VA staff and stakeholders in an active healthcare facility. Applicants must have the specified education and construction experience, be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, have at least three years of U.S. residency, and be able to obtain and maintain a VA PIV credential.
