The successful candidate will oversee the management and performance of Field Construction Managers for various electric infrastructure projects such as electric substations, transmission lines, and generation upgrades. Responsibilities include determining resource needs, managing contractor performance, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, coordinating schedules, and providing constructability feedback.
