Description
The client is seeking a Construction Manager to plan and execute new store builds and supervise construction projects from development through completion for several restaurant concepts across the United States. The role oversees site design reviews, property due diligence, planning committee coordination, project budgets, cost estimates, construction methods, progress reporting, vendor and personnel supervision, safety and legal compliance, and plan and shop-drawing reviews. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and the position requires at least eight years of commercial construction experience in restaurant or retail spaces.
