LGI Homes is hiring a Construction Manager for the Yuba City area to oversee residential homebuilding projects from start to finish. The role manages all construction phases, coordinates multi-trade production, maintains safe and clean job sites, conducts homeowner orientations, and manages inventory homes while meeting schedule, budget, company standards, and customer expectations. Candidates need at least two years of residential construction management experience and strong on-site project management skills. Compensation includes a $75,000-$95,000 base salary, bonus opportunities, allowances, training, and comprehensive benefits.
