Luster is hiring a Construction Manager to support a large, complex, heavy-civil rail infrastructure program. The role will direct construction activities from pre-construction through delivery, oversee multiple contracts and delivery methods, coordinate with engineering, project controls, procurement, safety, quality, and other teams, manage construction risks and changes, and lead construction management staff. It is a long-term, full-time, on-site position in the greater San Francisco Bay Area, California, with an expected salary of $160,000–$200,000 per year and health, dental, and vision insurance among the benefits.
