M/I Homes is hiring an on-site construction supervisor to oversee construction activities for an assigned subdivision, coordinate subcontractors and vendors, monitor schedules and quality, review plans and inspections, manage production costs, resolve customer-service issues, and supervise subordinates. The role pays $1,190–$2,020 per week, is non-exempt and eligible for overtime, and offers a discretionary quarterly bonus. Applicants need a high school education, relevant construction coursework, at least four years of related or supervisory experience, and knowledge of home-building codes and construction processes. The position requires a valid driver’s license, travel, and exposure to construction-site conditions.
