Description
MCA is hiring an experienced Construction Manager in the Richmond, Virginia region to oversee construction projects from initiation through completion. The role coordinates project management, operations, deployment, subcontractors, engineering, logistics, clients, and other stakeholders; monitors schedules, safety, permits, quality, risks, inventory, and contractual commitments; and prepares status reports. The position requires construction management experience, knowledge of construction processes and regulations, familiarity with construction software, and strong leadership and project-management skills. A BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required. The role involves indoor work, frequent travel, and no direct reports.
