MMR is hiring an on-site Construction Manager in Abilene, Texas for a role lasting up to two years and requiring 55–66 hours per week. The position directs daily field operations, supervises construction execution, plans manpower and installation sequencing, coordinates subcontractors, leads field meetings, removes productivity constraints, and ensures safety, quality, schedule adherence, and client communication. Candidates need a high school diploma or GED, 10–15+ years of field construction experience, and 5+ years leading large industrial electrical field teams, along with experience in manpower planning, trade coordination, lookahead planning, whiteboard management, and blueprint interpretation.
