National Veterinary Associates is hiring a permanent Construction Manager to lead complex capital projects for specialty and emergency veterinary hospitals across the United States and Canada. The role manages project scopes, budgets, estimates, schedules, permitting, construction, occupancy, contractor and vendor coordination, bid evaluations, leasehold improvements, regulatory compliance, cost control, and performance reporting. Candidates need at least six years of progressive experience managing complex construction projects, including five years overseeing multiple capital projects, with extensive knowledge of project lifecycles, financial forecasting, negotiation, and stakeholder management. The position requires up to 50% travel and offers a base salary of $115,000-$145,000 annually.
