Omninet Capital is hiring a full-time, on-site Construction Manager / Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations for a new construction project in Fresno, California. The role manages ground-up and renovation projects, subcontractors, inspections, schedules, budgets, safety, and coordination with engineers, architects, and MEP contractors. Candidates need at least eight years of construction superintendent or on-site construction management experience, strong MEP knowledge, blueprint interpretation skills, and proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office 365; OSHA certification is preferred. Compensation is $90,000-$125,000 plus bonus and benefits.
